What you get
A talking voice agent (with text chat too) floating on any web page, added with one pasted snippet.
Prerequisites
An ElevenLabs account with an agent created in the ElevenAgents dashboard
Any HTML page you can edit (plain HTML, WordPress, Webflow and similar builders all work)
Steps
Open your agent in the ElevenLabs dashboard. In the Advanced tab, make sure authentication is disabled: widgets currently require public agents.
In the Security tab, add your domain(s) to the Allowlist so only your sites can load the agent.
Open the Widget tab and copy the embed snippet. It looks like this (your real agent ID replaces the placeholder):
< elevenlabs-convai agent-id = " < replace-with-agent_7101k5zvyjhmfg983brhmhkd98n6>" ></ elevenlabs-convai >
< script
src = "https://unpkg.com/@elevenlabs/convai-widget-embed"
async
type = "text/javascript"
></ script >
Paste it inside the <body> of your page, for example in index.html:
<! doctype html >
< html >
< body >
< h1 >My site</ h1 >
< elevenlabs-convai agent-id = " < replace-with-agent_7101k5zvyjhmfg983brhmhkd98n6>" ></ elevenlabs-convai >
< script
src = "https://unpkg.com/@elevenlabs/convai-widget-embed"
async
type = "text/javascript"
></ script >
</ body >
</ html >
Optional: tune it with attributes on the element such as variant, action-text, start-call-text or override-first-message, or style it from the Widget tab.
Test it
Open the page (from an allowlisted domain), click the widget and start a call. Allow microphone access and talk; the agent should answer out loud.
