OpenAI adds Decisions to GPT-Live voice sessions (October 15, 2026)

What you get
On October 15, 2026 OpenAI added native Decisions support to GPT-Live (gpt-live-1 with gpt-6-luna, on v1/live/sessions). Your app can act while the user is still speaking, or react to what Live says. Live can call Decisions itself, or you can trigger decisions as input or output transcript deltas arrive.

- Choose native delegation (Live calls Decisions) or trigger decisions yourself from transcript deltas.
- Add it to your existing GPT-Live session setup.

Say something in a live session that should trigger a decision and check your app reacts before you finish speaking.
