What you get
On October 13, 2026 Runway made Kling available on Runway Dev through the text to video, image to video and video to video endpoints. Model IDs and prices per second:
kling2.5_turbo_pro: 12 credits, 5 or 10 secondskling3.0_standard: 9 credits without audio, 13 with audiokling3.0_pro: 12 credits without audio, 17 with audiokling3.0_4k: 43 creditsklingO3_standard,klingO3_pro,klingO3_4k: 13, 17 and 43 credits, with or without audio
Kling 3.0 and O3 run 3 to 15 seconds. audio defaults to true on Kling 3.0. Kling 3.0 supports providerSettings.multiPrompt with up to 6 segments. O3 accepts up to 7 reference images on image to video, and video to video edits clips up to 10 seconds, billed per second of input video.

Steps
- Pick a model ID from the list and check its allowed ratios in the changelog.
- Set the model and duration on your existing text to video or image to video call, following the official API reference.
- On Kling 3.0, set
audioto false if you do not want the higher audio price.
Test it
Generate a 5 second kling3.0_standard clip with audio off and check that it bills 9 credits per second.

- Which SDK version adds these model IDs.
- Whether generated audio can be downloaded separately.
